Kirkwood Christian Preschool offers a non-traditional, computer based, individualized academic program. Our preschool campus consists of three outdoor play yards and seven indoor classrooms. Every curriculum concept is taught on the child’s individual computer.

Our educational program:

Each student has personal one-on-one time with their teacher daily, and focuses specifically on the needs of the student. Teaching, counseling, reviewing, and verifying mastery on each step of a concept before moving the student on to the next concept, helps guarantee a solid foundation; but more importantly it helps build confidence in the student.

Besides our excellent academics, we offer an outstanding program for the development of the whole child.

At the preschool level, we believe that a strong foundation is developed through multiple experiences and taking teachable moments whenever one appears. Staff members are intentional in their instruction and focus in order to make sure that each child’s needs are met. This is a time when each child is learning about himself while learning about how the world around him was created, and how it works in relation to one’s self, God, and others.
